Equate will be partnering on a project on drug supply chain management in South Sudan, and is looking for a:
Drug supply management specialist
We are looking for the following profile:
1- 5 years of experience in setting up a procurement and supply chain process in drug supply chain management 2- 5-10 years of experience in working in logistics/ supply chain in Fragile and Conflict Affected Settings (FCAS) 3- Proven experience in leading a project, and leading a team of 5-10 specialists as part of a larger program 4- Previous exposure to South Sudan preferred
5- Pharmaceutical/ medical background is considered ass added value
Brief Terms of Reference: - Assess the current procurement, supply chain and distribution systems in place at Ministry of Health and other partners - Propose a plan for the development of a procurement and supply chain system for the next 4 years - Lead the logistics and procurement team during on the ground - Facilitate workshops, coordinate efforts with Ministry of Health and other stakeholders - Create and implement LMIS procedures and documentation , facilitate adjustments or creation of LMIS system software - Report progress to program management - Pro-actively report issues to project director
