Qualifications and skills

• Must have a master's degree or equivalent in economics, agriculture or development studies, or public sector management relevant social science fields.

General professional experience

• At least 10 years experience at a senior level in project cycle management, aid planning and administration, including the coordination of experts.
• 5 years experience in coordination a team of long and short-term experts
• At least 5 years work experience in developing countries preferably in ACP Countries.

Specific professional experience

• Proven experience in the implementation of EU programming and procedures (EDF and/or EU Budget) and the management of EU-funded programmes starting from identification, formulation, implementation and evaluation of programmes and procurement
