Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer and Coordinator of Academic Studies Unit

Qualifications and Experience: 

• D.Ed. or PhD. in Distance Education or Adult Education or Education.
• Experience in working in Distance Education and in Commuting necessary.

Duties:

1. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the academic programs in IDE and the work of the Subject Coordinators.
2. Coordinate the Admission, Registration, Exams and processing of Exam results of IDE students.
3. Coordinate the process of identifying, recruitment, training & supervision of IDE lecturers, tutors and center coordinators.

Local CandidatesPermanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing Allowance and a Medical Aid.

Expatriate CandidatesA two-year contract which will attract Gratuity, recruitment Allowance a Medical Aid contribution and relocation expenses.
