We are looking for a Consultant to support the People & Change (P&C) team in delivery of assignments for our clients in people value chain and organisational change initiatives including: human resources strategy, organizational structure design and optimisation, job evaluation, reward strategies, workforce planning, skills assessments, performance management and strategic change management.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Assist in delivery of People & Change projects through projects plans
•Support People & Change team in business development activities and to respond to client requirements
•Prepares concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language
•Contribute to team activities on client engagement
•Provide support in risk management procedures
•Support People & Change management teams to respond to client requirements
•Participate in the firm's activities

Requirements

Education:
A Bachelors Degree in HR Management or Organisational Psychology or any Business degree


Job Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in a consulting firm or in an organization with a well-developed HR function
Experience in building relations with clients and colleagues
Experience working in diverse teams
Experience in analysing problems and delivering innovative solutions



Job Knowledge Requirements:
Demonstrates knowledge of one of the following industries – Financial Services, Government Agencies, Consumer products and Telecommunication and Energy is desirable
Working knowledge and understanding of risk compliance in an organisation
