Millicom University Trainer Senegal

Role Purpose Responsible for planning, conducting, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and updating comprehensive training programs and learning experiences for the Commercial and Functional areas. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing employees and managers. MU trainers will ensure that delegates are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competences as per the training objectives. Key Responsibilities • Together with Millicom University manager and regional L&D partners, identify, deliver, recommend and update the material to meet the learning objectives • Plan, facilitate and deliver training programs and learning experiences • Implement innovative ways and techniques to deliver training and learning experiences • Prepare/update training material when applicable • Use Millicom University LMS to plan, manage and evaluate users and content. • Use Millicom University Knowledge Bank to moderate virtual learning discussions and events • Gather feedback and evaluation after training sessions and provide recommendations to L&D department, Subject Matter Experts and Business owners • Ensure that training facilities and support material are in optimal conditions. • Plan and implement the four-levels of evaluation of the training programs • Build knowledge and winning culture within delegates • Weekly reporting on the activities that will be taking place. • Ensure compliance with Millicom University framework and guidelines • Ensure the top performers are recognized and are rewarded accordingly by Tigo. Position Requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Degree in Sales/Marketing, Education or Human Resources. • Train of trainer certification. • 3-5 Years’ experience as Trainer, Training officer in Business industry. • Experience as sales/field trainer Power point and excel CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community. • Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert • Exceptional time management and organizational skills required. • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations • Full ability to speak and read in English (Spanish and French as per their regions) APPLY
