Minimum Requirements
| Qualifications Required: NOTE: ALL APPLICANTS MUST ADDRESS EACH SELECTION CRITERION DETAILED BELOW WITH SPECIFIC AND COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION SUPPORTING EACH ITEM. Items 1- 5 are ALL REQUIRED 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Experience: Two years of general office or administrative work experience, including one customs clearance experience is required.3. Language: English level IV (fluent) – reading, writing, and speaking is required. (This will be tested)4. Knowledge: - Ability to operate office equipment such as sending faxes, e-mails, and scanned documents is required. 5. Skills and Abilities: - Interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills are required.- Ability to work independently is required.- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. (This will be tested). |
Job Specification
| Basic Function of Position: The incumbent under direct supervision of the Regional Diplomatic Courier Hub Officer, the incumbent coordinates all administrative aspects of PRDCH office’s operation. The incumbent manages office files, courier trip reports, and time & attendance records; coordinates travel logistics for the couriers including travel authorizations, Business Class Authorizations, and receipt of airline tickets; communicates with posts, including ILMS queries; produces monthly utilization and budget reports; maintains/updates documents pertaining to courier operations; processes Time & Attendance records for payroll; and other responsibilities as directed.
