Role Purpose

Objective
 Contributing to Tigo’s strategic goals
 Continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo 
 Creating team spirit based on the Tigo Values
 Stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation
 Coordinating delivery systems to ensure compliance of company’s sales objectives

Key Responsibilities

Leader
 Keeping a friendly relationship with distribution channels

Manager
 Plan and direct commercial and sales operations of company
 Monitor daily activities of department through every area manager
 Elaborate and supervise annual and monthly budget of sales
 Plan annual work of sales department as well as its execution according to coporate goals and approved budget
 Feedback marketing team about their field activities’ effect
 Assure compliance of administrative policies of sales department

Position Requirements

Work & Educational background
University degree, preferable Master in business administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
MBA is a plus
3 to 4 years managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG
